If the renter does not choose to purchase additional fuel at the beginning of the rental period and does not return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as at the beginning of the rental period (as stated in the Rental Agreement), the renter will have to pay a fuel service fee calculated as the difference between the fuel levels recorded on the Rental Agreement and those recorded after returning the vehicle multiplied by the fuel price displayed at the branch. Unused or excess fuel will not be refunded.

If the vehicle is an electric vehicle and is returned at a lower charge than that given at the beginning of the Rental Period (at the level specified in the Rental Agreement Summary), the recharge fee is calculated as the kWh required to charge the vehicle at the difference between the levels of charges recorded in the Rental Agreement Summary and those recorded upon return of the vehicle multiplied by the kWh rate shown in the Rental Agreement Summary plus an additional charge as specified in the Rental Agreement Summary. Any unused or excess compensation will not be refunded.
